Symptoms of Low Immunity? We Have the Solution!
Are you frequently dealing with low immunity, recurrent colds, and persistent symptoms like runny nose and sneezing? Our powerful balm is specifically formulated to strengthen your immune system, reduce the frequency of colds and flu, and enhance your overall health.
How to Use Our Immunity-Boosting Balm
Step 1: Apply Along the Lung Meridian
Begin by applying the balm along the lung meridian of both hands, running in a straight line from the outer side of the thumb upwards. Vigorously rub the area with your palm until your hands feel warm. Once warm, cover your arms with your sleeves. Repeat this process three times every two hours to reduce cold and cough symptoms.
Step 2a: Target the Upper Back
If you are suffering from a wind-cold type of cold with a cough, mix an appropriate amount of balm with 10 drops of ginger oil. Apply this mixture along the horizontal line of the scapula on your upper back and rub vigorously to maximize effectiveness.
Step 2b: Soothe Your Feet
For wind-heat type colds with a cough, combine a small amount of Ravensara Balm and Eucalypt Balm. Add 5-6 drops of ginger essential oil and mix well. Massage this mixture onto the soles of both feet until warm and relaxed.
Note: Using Ravensara Balm and Eucalypt Balm for upper respiratory tract symptoms is recommended for those experiencing cold symptoms before cough and other complications. For combined symptoms, use both balms. Otherwise, select the balm that best suits your specific condition.
Choose the Right Combination for Your Cold
For wind-cold type colds with a cough, we recommend a powerful combination of Ravensara Balm, Eucalypt Balm, and Ginger Essential Oil. This blend is designed to alleviate your symptoms and provide quick relief, helping you feel better faster.
