How to Use

- Take a soybean-sized amount of balm and apply it to the abdominal area.
- Gently massage in a clockwise direction around the navel until the balm is fully absorbed.
- For those with a weaker digestive system, add 3-5 drops of ginger essential oil to the balm before applying.
- Additionally, take a mung bean-sized amount of balm and apply it to the spleen-stomach meridian (located on the radial side of the thumb) with 15-20 outward strokes.
Recommended Usage
For general well-being, apply the balm 3-4 times daily. In cases of severe symptoms, we recommend applying the balm every two hours, up to 8-9 times a day, until relief is achieved.
