Eucalypt Balm / Cough Relief
Relief Balm for Cough and Cold Symptoms
Efficacy
This relief balm is specifically formulated to ease tracheal spasms, alleviate cough, and clear phlegm, offering quick relief from cold symptoms.
Directions for Use
Step 1: Activate the Lung Meridian
Apply the balm along the lung meridian of both hands, which extends in a straight line from the outer side of the thumb upwards. Cover the lung meridian with your palm and rub vigorously until your hands feel warm. Once warm, cover the arms with your sleeves. Repeat this process three times every two hours until symptoms of cold and cough ease.
Step 2a: Upper Back Application
Take an appropriate amount of balm, add 10 drops of ginger oil, and mix well. Apply and rub vigorously along the horizontal line of the scapula on the upper back to further relieve symptoms.
Step 2b: Sole Application
Combine a small amount of Ravensara Balm and Eucalypt Balm, add 5-6 drops of ginger essential oil, and mix well. Apply this mixture to the soles of both feet and massage until warm, enhancing the therapeutic effects.
Note: The use of Ravensara Balm and Eucalypt Balm is effective for upper respiratory tract symptoms. Typically, cold symptoms precede cough. Use both balms for comprehensive symptom relief. For wind-cold type colds with cough, combine Ravensara Balm, Eucalypt Balm, and Ginger Essential Oil. For wind-heat type colds with cough, combine Ravensara Balm, Eucalypt Balm, and Blue Chamomile Balm to reduce bodily heat.
